Established in 1901, GIE HOO SENG  has continued producing, aging, & collecting raw Puerh tea across five generations. Master Chen values this tea for its superior medicinal qualities among Camellia sinensis varieties. We employ time-honored cultivation methods, sourcing old-growth leaves from pristine, high-elevation terroirs to craft tea cakes that reveal their full potential.  Our aging process, refined over decades in Sheung Wan—Hong Kong’s oldest export district for rare earth-based medicine—allows our tea to mature for 30 to 70 years. We take pride in sharing this exceptional collection with lovers of the leaf and connoisseurs around the world.
